These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Naitwalkar, operated by Pavictek Digital ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Naitwalkar. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately via our Contact page if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

When using Naitwalkar, you agree not to:

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Post or share illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, hateful, or otherwise prohibited content.
• Use the Service for spam, scams, or unauthorized commercial solicitation.
• Attempt to circumvent our safety, verification, or payment systems.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the Service.

We may investigate and take action - including warnings, suspension, or termination - against accounts that violate these rules.

4. Coins, Subscriptions, and Payments

Naitwalkar offers virtual coins and membership subscriptions purchasable through Nomba, Paystack, or PayPal. By making a purchase, you agree to the pricing shown at checkout. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refunds and cancellations.

5. Streaming and Gifts

Approved streamers may broadcast live content and receive virtual gifts from other users, which can be withdrawn as real payouts subject to our streamer terms and applicable commission, as shown in the app. We reserve the right to review streamer applications and revoke streaming access for violations of these Terms.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant Naitwalkar a license to host, display, and distribute it as necessary to operate the Service (for example, showing your profile to other users or broadcasting your live stream). The Naitwalkar name, logo, and app design are the property of Pavictek Digital and may not be used without permission.

7. Safety Disclaimer

Naitwalkar provides tools to help you connect with others, but we cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, or conduct of any user. You are responsible for your own safety when interacting with or meeting other users, online or in person.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the Service.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pavictek Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
